How to Export a Transaction List

Exporting a list of transactions from our portal is quick and customizable. Follow these steps to export your transaction data in PDF or CSV format.

1. Access the Transactions Screen

  • Log In to the Portal: Go to portal.apcopay.tech and log in with your reference, username, and password.

  • Open the Transactions Section: In the left sidebar, click on "Transactions" to access your transaction history.

2. Filter Your Transactions (Optional)

  • Use the Search Box: If needed, enter specific search criteria in the search box at the top of the Transactions page to filter results. Only transactions currently displayed in the list will be included in the export.

For example, filter by date, transaction status, amount, or PSP ID to refine the list:

 status:Completed amount:100.00
  • Press Enter: Run the search to narrow down the list based on your criteria.

3. Export the Transaction List

  • Click the Export Button: At the top right of the Transactions page, click on the "Export" button.

  • File is downloaded: The CSV file will be downloaded on your local machine.

PDF Option Coming Soon

We will shortly be releasing the option to select between 'PDF' and 'CSV' formats. The PDF version will be well-suited for printing or quick sharing, while the CSV format remains ideal for data analysis and manipulation.

Additional Tips

  • Double-check Filters: Ensure your list is filtered as needed before exporting to avoid extra data.
