One-Time Setup

The Apcopay plugin for WooCommerce can be found here.

In the wordpress admin panel navigate to 'Plugins > Add New' and click Upload Plugin. Select apcopay-for-woocommerce.zip and click Install Now. After the installation is finished click activate.

Alternatively, extract the plugin folder apcopay-for-woocommerce inside apcopay-for-woocommerce.zip to /wordpress/wp-content/plugins. Then, in the WordPress admin panel activate the plugin.

After the plugin is installed and activated, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments page and enable the ApcoPay if it not already enabled.

In WordPress admin panel navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > ApcoPay. Input the credentials received from ApcoPay in the settings fields.

Set the following fields:

  • MerchID
  • MerchPass
  • ProfileID
  • SecretWord

Test mode field is to be used by the merchant to perform transactions with the Apcopay plugin.

Test Mode

No funds are transferred for test transactions. It is critical that this option is only used during testing and disabled for actual transactions.

Transaction type can be set to either 'Purchase' or 'Authorization'. 'Authorization' must only be used if auto-captures are set up with Apcopay.

Additional Information

Some features in the Apcopay plugin require the merchant to change the FastPay configuration file. This file is found inside the plugin folder as follows: WooCommerceApcoPay > includes > FastpayConfig.php. Inside this file, tags added inside the AdditionalTags array will be sent in the payment request.
